Every animal. Every record. One page

Photos, health log, registration numbers, weight curves, genetics, titles, status. One record per animal. Update once. The change rolls through every page that references the animal: your site, the pedigree tree, the waitlist, the directory listing.

  • AKC, UKC, and species-specific registry fields are first-class. No custom metafields, no plugin reach.
  • OFA / CHIC clearances drop onto the animal once and surface on every page that references the animal.
  • Embark health panels come in from the PDF itself: upload the panel PDF Embark issued and Breed Ledger pulls out every disease and its gene, then files each result as clear, carrier, at risk, affected, or inconclusive. Embark is the only lab accepted today. That is the parser, separate from the OFA and CHIC numbers above, which you type in by hand; there is no automatic sync with OFA.
  • Species-aware traits: weight + color + morph + pattern for reptiles; structure + temperament + titles for dogs.
  • QR codes link to live records. Print a cage card or show tag; buyers scan and see the current state.

The paperwork, off the kitchen table

A buyer application is a real form you build, not a Google Form bolted to the side of your site. Approve a response and the waitlist entry writes itself. Contracts render as PDFs from the four templates that ship with the platform, prefilled from the animal and the buyer you already have on file.

  • Build the form from four templates that ship ready, then drag fields in, rename them, and publish.
  • Every published form gets its own URL at /apply/your-form, and attaches itself to the litter or animal page it belongs to.
  • Approve a response and Breed Ledger writes the waitlist entry, assigns the next position in that queue, and emails the applicant.
  • Contract PDFs carry the animal's name, species, breed, sex, date of birth, and color from its record, your program name and address from your settings, and the buyer's name, email, phone, and address from the inquiry, waitlist entry, or application they already filled out.
  • Both parties e-sign in-thread through an embedded Docuseal signer, three a month on Starter and unlimited on Professional, and the sealed PDF and signing certificate land back in your program's private storage.
