Five workflows a board and its volunteers handle every year, without a spreadsheet in the middle.
A member applies or accepts an invitation, picks a tier, and receives the right club access. The roster, status, and history live on one record.
Dues and renewal status stay on the member record, and money paid to the club goes through the club Stripe account.
Give the people who run the club the organization admin or registrar role that fits their work, so committee volunteers act in the club account under their own login.
The club publishes an event, accepts entries, and collects fees, with approvals and withdrawals tracked in one place.
Members update their details, renew, register animals, and enter events from one account instead of emailing the secretary.
Each club configures its own species, fields, and terminology. These are three examples, and any other species works the same way.
Members submit a litter from their kennel, the registrar checks the sire and dam on record, and approved animals can be listed in the club's public studbook.
Members submit a clutch from their collection, the registrar checks the sire and dam on record, and approved animals can be listed in the club's public studbook.
Members submit a birth group from their farm, the registrar checks the sire and dam on record, and approved animals can be listed in the club's public studbook.
Species, fields, and terminology are configured to your organization, so a club for any other species sees its own vocabulary and never shows another species' terms.
Breed Ledger runs the member portal, registry, and payments underneath it.
Your members join through your club and never need their own website subscription to take part.
The Gold Standard Gecko Club opened its member-facing registry in June 2026 with registrations, dues, event entries, pedigrees, and payments running through Breed Ledger.
Dusty has been beyond helpful in making my vision for my gecko registry come to life. He has been available at all moments and executed as we planned. We still have more work to go and honestly couldn't be happier with how it's going!

No. A club member can use the organization portal without a breeder website. A breeder website is not a requirement for membership and is not a higher member tier.
Yes. Breed Ledger can run the member portal, registry, and payments behind the website your organization already uses.
Yes. Migration can start from spreadsheets, exported database files, PDFs, and scanned records. The mapping and review plan is agreed before members are asked to use the new registry.
