Registry Software for Dog Clubs
Dog club records span people, dogs, litters, parentage, ownership, registrations, health evidence, events, and titles. Breed Ledger keeps those relationships connected while letting the club define its own standard, approval rules, terminology, and public record policy.

What a dog club registry replaces.
Litters, parentage, and show records share one registration history.
Litter paperwork packets
Sire, dam, breeder, offspring, supporting records, and approvals can move through one registration history.
Hand-built pedigrees
Pedigrees resolve from linked dog records and preserve external ancestry without treating a placeholder as an owned dog.
Separate show systems
Member identity and registered dogs can carry into event entries and show-day operations.

Questions to ask a dog club registry vendor.
A dog club registry should handle litters, external ancestors, and club-defined health and title fields.
- Can litter and individual registration workflows share parent records?
- How are external ancestors represented without creating false ownership?
- Can health and title fields be configured to the club rather than hard-coded?

Yes. Migration can start from spreadsheets, exported database files, PDFs, and scanned records. The mapping and review plan is agreed before members are asked to use the new registry.
Organization plans are $49, $99, or $199 per month based on member, animal, event, and support needs. Payment processing applies only when the organization collects money through the platform.
